First Brick Property Buyers Agency was founded on the belief that every Australian has the opportunity to generate wealth through real estate.

Our founder, Kyrillos Mansour – also known as KM, bought his first property at the age of twenty. Just for fun, he kept researching and compiling data on property investment. Soon, his family and friends were drawing upon his knowledge of how to source properties, investment strategies and negotiation skills.

Unlike other property agents, he has not spent his entire working career in real estate. He has had extensive and successful business experiences in cosmetics and hospitality. But his love of helping people generate wealth through property prompted him to get his real estate licence, specialising in property buying.
